2 cups chopped
fresh spinach
1½ cups chopped
Portobello mushrooms
¼ cup chopped
fresh basil
½ chopped onions
2 garlic cloves,
crushed
2 Tbs. Bragg’s
amino acid or soy sauce
2 Tbs. butter
Salt and pepper to
taste
In a large frying
pan, place the butter and the onions, cook on medium heat until
translucent. Add garlic, basil, salt and
pepper. Cook 2 minutes and add remaining
ingredients. Cook 5-10 minutes
more. Serve with rice. 30 minutes preparation time. Makes 4 servings.
